What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept only PayPal. It’s the most trusted and well known payment method used worldwide. Getting a Paypal account it’s free and easy. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
I want to cancel my order will my credit card be charged?
If you cancel an order before it has been shipped your credit card will not be charged. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached. How do I return an item?

Can I return an accessory or eyewear?
All accessories and eyewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
If you were shipped the wrong item please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship the correct item and will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping.
I received a defective item. What do I do?

Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
